Heavy-Duty Professional Drone Carrier – Large Format, Field-Ready

This large-format drone carrier was developed for professional teams that move expensive UAV equipment between job sites, field operations and transport vehicles. The goal was not only to carry a drone, but to protect the airframe, batteries, controller and payload accessories from impact, moisture and rough handling.

Professional drone teams often carry different drone bodies and payload combinations from one mission to the next. A fixed interior can become a limitation, while a soft travel bag may not protect the frame well enough during stacking, vehicle transport or repeated field use.

Manufacturing approach

FFG built the carrier around semi-rigid walls, a reinforced bottom panel and heavy-duty ballistic grey nylon with a water-resistant coating. The removable padded divider system lets the buyer adjust the interior around DJI Matrice, Autel, Freefly or custom large drone formats.

Lockable YKK zippers, protected openings and a rubberized base add security and durability. Side MOLLE attachment points allow external pouches or mission accessories to be added without redesigning the main bag.
